Commission Process

Upon agreement of conceptualized work, half of the full agreed upon cost is due. Sketches of requested work will be presented to the buyer (if necessary), and any adjustments will be made per the buyer's request*. Once the artwork is complete, the remaining half of payment becomes due before the artwork is sent (digital work) or shipped. 

*The first two revisions are free -- an additional fee of $10/revision is added to the final cost thereafter.

Cancellation Process

If an order is cancelled before the second stage of the commission process, half of the first payment is refundable. If an order is cancelled after the second stage has begun, no refund will be issued. 

All designs belong to the artist unless explicitly stated otherwise.
